Bulgarian Sports Minister rewards acrobats for World Championship medals

Bulgarian Minister of Youth and Sports, Encho Keryazov, has honored the national acrobatic team following their successful performance at the World Acrobatic Sport Championship in Pesaro, Italy. The Bulgarian team secured two medals: a silver medal won by Sofia Hristova and Hristiyana Yulieva in the women’s pairs (ages 13–19), and a bronze medal won by Simona Ivanova and Hasan Ismail in the mixed pairs (ages 12–18).

In addition to the medalists, all members of the national team received recognition for their performances, which included several top-eight finishes across various age groups and disciplines. Minister Keryazov praised the athletes and coaches, attributing their success to discipline, consistency, and rigorous preparation. He noted that their achievements serve as an inspiration for young people to pursue sports. The Bulgarian Acrobatic Sport Federation expressed gratitude to the Minister for his support regarding the team's preparation and participation in international competitions.
