Bulin 47 discusses global success of “Dame hombro”

Dominican urban artist Hancel Teodoro Vargas, known as Bulin 47, has detailed the origins of his viral hit “Dame hombro,” a collaboration with Colombian influencer Kevin Wai. In an interview with Santiago Matías, Bulin 47 explained that the song grew from an unexpected improvisation. After noticing the video's massive digital impact, the artist contacted Wai to officially record the track, purchasing the original beat to complete the lyrics.

Bulin 47 noted that the song's success has reached unexpected international audiences, including media coverage in Egypt. He also humorously recounted a social media interaction involving Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. To capitalize on the track's popularity, the artist announced the “Dame Hombro World Tour,” which includes a scheduled performance at the Coca Cola Music Hall in Puerto Rico on April 25, 2027.
