Bullfighter David Galván headlines Algeciras event before San Fermín appearances
Spanish matador David Galván performed in Algeciras, sharing the bill with Tomás Rufo and newcomer Marco Pérez. After the Algeciras appearance, he is scheduled to participate in the San Fermín festival in Pamplona, running a program with cattle from the famed Cebada Gago iron. Later in July he will return to his hometown of San Fernando for a festival honoring master Ruiz Miguel. The tour will conclude with a performance in Palcámayo, Peru, alongside Antonio Ferrera and Venezuelan torero Manolo Muñoz.
Galván, a two‑year winner of the Algeciras fair, also served as the town’s feria de toros announcer this year and will continue a busy July calendar across Spain and South America.
