Bullfighting highlights across Spain, France, and Mexico

A recent weekend of bullfighting saw significant performances across Spain, France, and Mexico. In Albacete, Spain, Morante de la Puebla achieved success by cutting two ears and being carried out on shoulders during a full house.

In Arles, France, Roca Rey delivered a notable performance, cutting three ears and a tail after recovering from a fall. He shared the triumph with Marco Pérez, who also succeeded in Salamanca, Spain, before a large crowd.

In Mexico, two bulls were spared (indultos). In Zacatecas, Ángel Espinoza ‘Platerito’ spared the bull Bonito, though attendance was low. In Terrenate, Tlaxcala, Angelino de Arriaga received an indulto for an exceptional bull from the Santo Tomás ranch and was carried out on shoulders.

Other notable events included a performance in San Miguel de Allende, where Isaac Fonseca led a successful event with four appendages, and a challenging afternoon at Las Ventas in Madrid.
