Bullish expands stock tokenization to Solana, Aptos, and Ethereum
NYSE-listed exchange Bullish has announced the expansion of its stock tokenization services to include the Solana, Aptos, and Ethereum blockchains. The move aims to provide companies with more network options for issuing shares while allowing investors to access tokenized assets through their preferred blockchains.
The expansion follows a demonstration at the New York Stock Exchange where Bullish CEO Tom Farley and Equiniti CEO Dan Kramer successfully transferred 61 million reserved Bullish shares on Solana. Bullish has already tokenized its entire equity structure on Solana, a first for an NYSE-listed company.
The service is designed to support 24/7 trading, faster settlement, and programmable corporate actions, such as distributing digital rewards directly to shareholder wallets. Bullish is also working toward the completion of its $4.2 billion acquisition of Equiniti, which is expected to close in January 2027. This acquisition is intended to integrate registry-level administration services to ensure that token holders maintain official ownership records and core shareholder rights, including voting and dividends.
