Bultaco Rally GT 300 completes 1,000 km endurance test in Morocco

Bultaco Racing recently conducted a 1,000-kilometer endurance test of the Bultaco Rally GT 300 trail motorcycle in the Zagora region of Morocco. The testing took place over four days, utilizing routes near the Rally du Maroc 2026 to simulate real adventure conditions.

Approximately 70% of the journey was completed off-road, featuring a variety of challenging terrains including fast tracks, rocky paths, and sand dunes. The longest single stage covered roughly 270 kilometers. Despite the demanding conditions and high temperatures, the three motorcycles completed the expedition without any mechanical breakdowns.

The units were tested in a near-standard configuration, with minimal modifications limited to knobby tires, mousse inserts to prevent punctures, navigator supports, and small tool bags. Reported incidents were restricted to minor cosmetic or external damage, such as bent levers and rim impacts resulting from a few falls.
