Bundesagentur für Arbeit confirms IT outage is not a cyberattack

The German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) has confirmed that a technical malfunction affecting its online services is not the result of a hacker attack. A spokesperson stated that the error has been identified and is currently being addressed.

The IT issue has caused disruptions to various digital services, including the ability to register for unemployment online and submit applications for unemployment benefits. While the agency is working to resolve the problem, it has not yet provided a specific timeline for when full functionality will be restored.
