Burberry highlights cashmere in new Autumn/Winter collection
Burberry has unveiled its Autumn/Winter collection, placing cashmere at the center of its seasonal wardrobe. Under the direction of Daniel Lee, the collection reinterprets British heritage through a mix of traditional and contemporary styles.
A key piece in the menswear line is the Hastings coat, a reimagining of the brand’s original trench coat crafted from lightweight cashmere. Produced in Italian workshops through a 90-stage process, the coat is available in classic neutrals and seasonal shades.
The collection also features knitwear with subtle details, such as crew-neck jumpers with tonal elbow patches, chain-stitch shoulder seams, and the Equestrian Knight motif. The lookbook, shot at Longleat House in Wiltshire, England, features model Jean Campbell.
