Burdur Municipality announces auction for 15 commercial properties

The Burdur Municipality has announced the leasing of 15 commercial properties through an open tender process in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law. The properties, which include cafeterias, shops, kiosks, and public facilities such as restrooms and an ATM location, are being offered for lease terms ranging from 3 to 10 years.

The auction is scheduled to take place on September 3, 2026, in the Council Chamber. Annual rent increases for these properties will be determined based on the 12-month average of the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
