Burger festivals scheduled in Buenos Aires and Segovia

Various burger-focused culinary events are taking place in Argentina and Spain.

In Buenos Aires, the brand Williamsburg will participate in the Burgermania festival from September 15 to 17. For the Signature Edition, the establishment is reviving its iconic ‘Dylan’ burger, a recipe that was recognized as the best in the city in 2017. The updated version features an asado medallion on Kalis bread, accompanied by arugula emulsion, miso and honey caramelized onion, and blue cheese.

In Segovia, Spain, The Burger Cup will be held from September 9 to 13. The event will transform the area outside the Plaza de Toros into a gastronomic space featuring seven different burger establishments, including Smash Ganic, Arde, Lame, The Burger’s Mafia, Vulcano Grill, Burger Lab, and Capitano Burger. Attendees will be able to taste various styles, ranging from smash burgers to gourmet options, and vote for their favorite. The festival also includes food trucks and a children's show cooking activity.
