Burger King rolls out Whopper Guarantee, free replacement for unsatisfied customers

Burger King announced a new "Whopper guarantee" that lets guests receive a free replacement if the burger is not prepared to their specifications. Customers who are dissatisfied can scan a QR code on the Whopper box, receive a six‑digit code and redeem a free Whopper on a later visit.

The chain also introduced a uniformed "Your Way Champion" role inside restaurants to address complaints directly. The initiative is part of the multi‑year "Reclaim the Flame" plan, which will invest up to $700 million through 2028 in advertising, remodels, technology and kitchen equipment after reporting a 5.8 % sales increase in the first fiscal quarter.
