Burgos City Council contracts Arasti Barca to manage municipal music school

The Burgos City Council has formalized a contract with the company Arasti Barca to manage and provide teaching services for the Antonio de Cabezón Municipal Music School. The contract is valued at 119,400.15 euros and has an initial duration of one year, with the possibility of a one-year extension.

This agreement follows several previous bidding processes that were declared void. The new contract aims to ensure the continuity of the school's services and provides stability for students and families. It also includes improvements to the educational offering, expanding instrumental practice across six different specialties.

The school will operate across two locations: the former Convento de Bernardas and the Casa de Cultura de Gamonal. The academic course is scheduled to begin on October 5, with enrollment processes already underway via the internet for both returning and new students.
