Legal and social challenges involving minors in Spain and Peru

Various social and legal issues involving minors are currently under scrutiny in Spain and Peru. In Burgos, Spain, authorities and the NGO Nuevo Futuro are investigating an alleged sexual assault involving two minors residing in a supervised home.
