Burkina Faso Football Federation recruits women's national team staff

The Burkina Faso Football Federation (FBF) has officially launched a recruitment process for a new head coach and assistant coach for the women’s national football team, the Étalons dames.

Candidates for the head coach position must hold at least a CAF 'A' license, while those from other confederations (such as UEFA, CONCACAF, CONMEBOL, AFC, or OFC) must possess a Pro license. The assistant coach position requires a minimum of a CAF 'B' license or a Pro license from other recognized confederations.

Both roles require at least three years of professional experience between 2023 and 2026, specifically in coaching Ligue 1 or Ligue 2 teams, national selections, or elite sports academies. The FBF noted that current staff members are eligible to apply if they meet the specified criteria. Applications must be submitted by September 8, 2026, via the national technical direction secretariat or through email.
