A 3.6 magnitude earthquake struck the Pamplona region on Friday morning, with its epicenter located in Burlada. According to data from the Instituto Geográfico Nacional, the tremor occurred at 10:49 AM at a depth of three kilometers.
The earthquake was felt intensely in Pamplona and surrounding areas, including Sarriguren and Olaiz. Residents reported hearing a loud noise similar to an explosion preceding the shaking. Navarra's President, María Chivite, was in Sarriguren at the time of the event while visiting the company Ingeteam.
