The event, held at the Art Gallery of Burlington, utilized an informal format featuring posters and slideshows rather than a formal presentation. While consultants stated the approach was intended to encourage direct, one-on-one dialogue, some attendees expressed frustration over the lack of a structured presentation. Local officials, including Mayor Marianne Meed Ward, were present, with the Mayor noting that resident frustration regarding the event format was valid.
