Burning Creation announces new album ‘Breath of Fire

Polish death metal band Burning Creation has released the single ‘Nothing’s Gonna Save You’, serving as a preview for their upcoming album, ‘Breath of Fire’. The album is scheduled for release on November 13, 2026, via Via Nocturna.

Formed in 2022 in Żywiec by the Klimonda brothers following the hiatus of the group Haures, the band is shifting its musical direction. While their earlier work leaned toward melodic death and viking metal, the new material moves toward a raw, uncompromising style inspired by the Swedish death metal school, citing influences such as Unleashed, Hypocrisy, and Dark Tranquillity.

The album features eight tracks, including an intro, and continues the narrative of the ‘Undead Nation’. The lyrical themes draw heavily from Norse mythology, depicting warriors returning from the grave to march against a civilization that has abandoned ancient beliefs. The production involved Sound Stone Studio for drums and bass, with guitars and vocals recorded at Marek Stefaniak’s studio.
