BURNOUT SYNDROMES releases Haikyu!! cover album for 10th anniversary

Japanese rock band BURNOUT SYNDROMES has released a special cover album titled ‘Haikyu!! BOS – Syudaikatachinoutage’ to mark their 10th anniversary since their major debut. The album serves as a tribute to the Haikyu!! anime series, a franchise with which the Osaka-based band has a deep musical connection.

The band’s history with the series includes several prominent opening and ending themes, such as ‘FLY HIGH!!’, ‘hikariare’, and ‘PHOENIX’. The new release features the band’s interpretations of iconic theme songs originally performed by various artists, including SPYAIR, NICO Touches the Walls, Sukima Switch, tacica, CHiCO with HoneyWorks, and SUPER BEAVER.

In addition to the musical tributes, the album’s cover artwork includes specially drawn illustrations from the Haikyu!! anime, celebrating both the decade-long career of the band and their shared history with the sports franchise.
