Burriana awards Port Health Center contract for nearly 2 million euros
The Burriana City Council has awarded the construction contract for the new Port Health Center to RAVI Obras, Transportes y Excavaciones SL. The contract is valued at approximately 1,974,893.76 euros, including VAT.
The winning proposal includes several improvements, such as a 60-day reduction in the execution period, a commitment to corrective and preventive maintenance for the first three years, and an additional 12-month extension of the building's warranty. The project also emphasizes environmental sustainability through the use of ecologically labeled materials and new technologies for construction monitoring.
This project addresses a long-standing demand from the Port Neighborhood Association to improve sanitary services in the coastal area. The new facility is intended to provide more accessible healthcare for local residents and reduce the need for unnecessary travel to the urban center.
