Burriana begins Festes de la Misericòrdia bullfighting festivities

The Festes de la Misericòrdia in Burriana have commenced with an intensive schedule of bullfighting activities. The opening weekend featured various events, including bull entries, exhibitions, and 'embolades' involving livestock from several ranches such as Nacho Claramonte, El Parralejo, Carmen Valiente, and Murteira Grave.

Special highlights include an urban transhumance of Avilesa breed cattle through the Barranquet and a scheduled celebration for the 50th anniversary of the Comissió del Bou. The festivities will continue with a total of 19 wild bulls from various ranches participating throughout the program.
