Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry expands vocational training and industrial projects

The Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) is expanding its investments in vocational education to meet the qualified labor needs of various sectors. The organization recently opened the renovated Osmangazi Vocational Training Center's Beauty and Hair Care Services Exam and Training Hall. BTSO President İbrahim Burkay stated that the chamber is the only one among 367 chambers and stock exchanges in Turkey to establish an apprenticeship center of this scale and equipment for the service sector.

In a separate initiative, İbrahim Burkay met with representatives from the plastic industry to discuss the KOBİ OSB project. He emphasized that SMEs in the plastic sector should participate in the project to support growth and investment. Burkay highlighted the TEKNOSAB ecosystem as a central part of the chamber's 2030 Vision, noting that TEKNOSAB is the only organized industrial zone in Turkey to become ready for investment within a four-year period.
