Bursa Commodity Exchange develops Food Specialized Industrial Zone

The Bursa Commodity Exchange is advancing the Food Specialized Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) project to enhance agricultural trade and create digital product markets. The project aims to establish a comprehensive food ecosystem in eastern Bursa, integrating production, processing, storage, cold chain, packaging, R&D, and logistics.

Bursa Commodity Exchange Chairman Özer Matlı stated that the project is the result of long-term planning intended to add permanent value to the region. The chosen location leverages proximity to strong agricultural production basins and existing storage facilities, supported by connections to rail, air, road, and sea transport networks.
