Bursa Commodity Exchange donates school to Ministry of National Education

The Bursa Commodity Exchange (Bursa Ticaret Borsası) has transferred ownership of a school building located in the Yıldırım district to the Turkish Ministry of National Education. The transfer was formalized during a ceremony held at the Bursa Governor's Office.

As part of the agreement, the educational institution has been renamed the ‘Bursa Ticaret Borsası Mehmet Aydın İmam Hatip Ortaokulu’ to honor the memory of the late Assembly President Mehmet Aydın. The decision was made to commemorate the anniversary of his passing and recognize his contributions to the exchange and the city of Bursa.

Bursa Governor Erol Ayyıldız, Bursa Commodity Exchange Chairman Özer Matlı, and Bursa Provincial Director of National Education Gürhan Çokgezer attended the signing ceremony. Matlı stated that the donation aims to continue serving the future of children and youth through state-managed education.
