Bursa family business exports traditional stoves globally

A third-generation family business in Bursa, Turkey, is successfully exporting traditional stoves to international markets, ranging from Germany to Afghanistan. The company, founded by Hüseyin Hasan Sarıca in 1951, has evolved from a small 15-square-meter shop in the Kayıhan Bazaar to a 520-square-meter workshop in the Beşevler Small Industrial Site.

Currently operated by Ali Erhan Sarıca and his son Oğuzhan Sarıca, the business utilizes cast iron and sheet metal to manufacture stoves. While the widespread use of natural gas has shifted the market toward nostalgia and hobby use, the family has expanded their reach globally. Oğuzhan Sarıca, a graduate of Uludağ University's Faculty of Business Administration, has been actively supporting the business since 2020 with plans to expand the enterprise further in the future.
