Bursa Metropolitan Municipality begins 18km road works in İnegöl

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality has launched an 18-kilometer road improvement project across six rural neighborhoods in the İnegöl district. The initiative, coordinated by the Transportation Department, aims to strengthen transportation infrastructure and increase travel comfort in rural areas.

The project includes surface coating works on several routes: 3.3 kilometers between Cerrah and Paşaören, 2 kilometers on the Paşaören connection road, 1.4 kilometers between Paşaören and Süle, and 3.7 kilometers between Süle and Turgutalp. Additional works cover the stretch between Turgutalp and the Fevziye-Elmaçayır entrance, the Elmaçayır entrance and cemetery perimeter, and a 3.3-kilometer route from the Fevziye village entrance to the ring road connection.

This project is part of broader regional investments. In July, municipal teams completed over 25 kilometers of hot asphalt and more than 113 kilometers of surface coating across the province, while also opening 4.3 kilometers of new zoning roads. Local neighborhood heads expressed satisfaction, noting that the long-awaited improvements will make rural living more attractive.
