Bursa municipalities announce multiple real estate leasing tenders

Municipalities in Bursa are organizing various real estate leasing tenders for public properties.

In the Mustafakemalpaşa district, the municipality is auctioning a 978-square-meter park area in the Vıraca neighborhood. The plan is to convert this space into a cafeteria and tea garden, featuring 250 square meters of enclosed space and 728 square meters of open space. The lease is set for a 10-year term with an estimated monthly rent of 50,000 TL plus VAT. The tender is scheduled for September 8, 2026.

Meanwhile, Orhangazi Municipality is conducting a large-scale auction for 40 different properties, including shops, apartments, fields, and a petrol station area. These properties are being offered for 3-year lease terms. Specific listings include shops in the Camikebir neighborhood, several properties in the Sölöz neighborhood, and residential units and a fuel station site in Yenisölöz.
