Bursa, Turkey schedules multiple property auctions in 2026

Several real‑estate assets in Bursa are being offered for auction after the owners defaulted on debts. In the Nilüfer district, a nine‑storey residential block in the Vadi Life site (A Block, unit 16) covering 92.5 m² (gross 113 m²) is listed with a valuation of 6,800,000 TRY. The auction for this unit begins on 18 Aug 2026 at 12:30 and ends on 25 Aug 2026.

In the Osmangazi district, three parcels of agricultural land are also slated for sale. The parcels total 31,410 m² and include a 15,844 m² field used for crops, figs and olives, an 11,066 m² empty field, and a 4,502 m² partially irrigated plot with fruit trees. Their combined assessed values exceed 35 million TRY. Two bidding rounds are scheduled: 09‑16 Sept 2026 and 09‑16 Oct 2026, each with separate start times for the different parcels.
