Bursa Uludağ University secures European Commission support for Erasmus Mundus projects
Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ) has received support from the European Commission for two projects under the Erasmus Mundus Design Measures (EMDM) program. These projects, TwinLead and E-Resilience, represent the university's first successful applications within this specific framework.
The initiatives aim to establish the academic, administrative, and institutional infrastructure required for future international joint master's programs. This includes developing shared curricula, diploma structures, student mobility plans, and quality assurance processes to create a foundation for future Erasmus Mundus Joint Master applications.
The TwinLead project, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Melih Engin, focuses on integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity with ethical leadership and twin transformation approaches. It aims to train professionals capable of leading digital and green transitions through sustainable governance.
The E-Resilience project, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Şehnaz Baltacı, focuses on building the strategic and academic foundations for future Erasmus Mundus joint master's programs with an emphasis on addressing new risks in the digital world.
