Bursa Uludağ University signs academic cooperation protocol with EMU

Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ), Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), and the University-Industry Cooperation Development and Training Association (ÜSİGED) have signed a major cooperation protocol to bridge academic knowledge with the real sector.

The partnership aims to foster sustainable development through collaborative work in agriculture, R&D, higher education, and entrepreneurship. Key initiatives include the planned establishment of a Faculty of Nature and Life Sciences in Northern Cyprus and joint research projects designed to meet regional scientific priorities.

The agreement also facilitates academic mobility through faculty exchanges, summer schools, and internship programs. Furthermore, the institutions will collaborate on postgraduate studies, joint conferences, and international research projects to enhance scientific productivity and regional economic growth.
