Bursa’s Osmangazi District Demolishes Illegal Warehouse Structure

The Osmangazi Municipality in Bursa carried out a controlled demolition of an unlicensed building that had been used as a warehouse in the Yunuseli neighbourhood, on Neşet Ertaş Street. Technical inspections by the municipal Building Control Directorate confirmed the structure was erected without any construction permits. After completing the required administrative and legal procedures, municipal teams, with security measures in place, dismantled the building using heavy machinery, ensuring no adverse effects on nearby residents or property.

The demolition is part of the district’s broader, ongoing campaign to curb illegal construction, protect urban planning standards, and safeguard public safety throughout Osmangazi.
