Burtville Developments completes Ville 11 in Masdar City

Burtville Developments has completed the handover of Ville 11, a boutique residential project located at the entrance of Masdar City in Abu Dhabi. The development was completed 14 months ahead of its original schedule.

Inspired by neoclassical English architecture, Ville 11 consists of 111 residential units, including two, three, and four-bedroom residences in simplex, duplex, and triplex configurations. The project features amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, a health club, BBQ areas, a roof garden, and an outdoor cinema.

The handover ceremony was attended by Ahmed Baghoum, CEO of Masdar City, and Eng. Islam Suleiman, CEO of Burtville Developments.
