Jerônimo Rodrigues leads ACM Neto in Bahia gubernatorial poll

A new Real Time Big Data poll indicates that Jerônimo Rodrigues (PT) leads ACM Neto (União Brasil) in the 2026 race for the governorship of Bahia. In a stimulated scenario, Rodrigues holds 47% of the voting intentions, while Neto follows with 43%. This four-point difference falls within the poll's two-percentage-point margin of error.

In spontaneous polling, where candidates are not pre-presented, Rodrigues leads with 38% against Neto's 26%. The survey also modeled a potential second round, where Rodrigues would reach 48% of the votes compared to 44% for Neto. When considering only valid votes in that scenario, Rodrigues holds a 53% to 47% advantage.

The poll interviewed 1,600 voters in Bahia between September 23 and 26, with a 95% confidence level. Other candidates, including Ronaldo Mansur (PSOL), received minimal percentages, while several others did not score individually.
