Bus carrying youth hockey team catches fire on Route 305

A bus belonging to the El Timbó Commune caught fire on Saturday morning while transporting approximately 20 underage female hockey players along Provincial Route 305. The incident occurred around 9:30 AM near the Ishcay Hotel as the group was traveling toward Banda del Río Salí for a sporting event.

Emergency responders, including the Las Talitas Motorized Division and the Las Talitas Volunteer Firefighters, arrived at the scene to coordinate the evacuation and extinguish the flames. Authorities confirmed that all the minors and passengers were able to reach safety and escaped without injuries or burns.
