Busan to host Isang Yun Competition winners and Fabio Biondi

Busan City and Classic Busan have announced two major classical music performances scheduled for November at the Busan Concert Hall.

On November 7, the ‘2026 Isang Yun International Music Competition Winners Concert’ will feature the top four finalists from the competition. Established in 2003, the competition honors the musical legacy of composer Isang Yun and serves as a platform to discover and nurture young musical talent.

On November 10, Italian violinist Fabio Biondi will lead the baroque ensemble Europa Galante for a performance titled ‘The Four Seasons’. The program will explore the evolution of baroque chamber music through works by Arcangelo Corelli, Francesco Geminiani, and Pietro Locatelli, concluding with Antonio Vivaldi’s ‘The Four Seasons’.
