Busch Gardens Tampa Bay hosts Bier Fest Brews & BBQ festival

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has announced the return of its Oktoberfest-inspired festival, Bier Fest Brews & BBQ. The event runs every Saturday and Sunday through Labor Day, with festivities continuing until September 7.

This year’s festival features an international-inspired menu spread across four themed cabins: Out of the Box, Smokin Samurai, Mis Amigos, and The Tipsy Bird. Food offerings include items such as brisket burnt end stuffed potato balls, miso pork bao buns, beer-braised cauliflower steak, and smoked duck sliders. The beverage selection includes over sixty options, such as lagers, ales, hefeweizens, ciders, and wines, with new additions from breweries like 3 Daughters Brewing and New Belgium.

In addition to food and drink, the event includes live music at Helga’s Bier Garten, Oktoberfest-style games, and an extended run of the Wild Skies Drone Show on select nights. Visitors can also visit the park’s new Lion and Hyena Ridge habitat, which houses America’s largest coalition of lions in an AZA-accredited facility.
