German rapper Bushido wins Berlin labor court ruling

The Berlin Labor Court (Arbeitsgericht Berlin) ruled in favor of German rapper Bushido, dismissing the termination‑protection lawsuit filed by Rommel (R.) Abou‑Chaker, the brother of Bushido’s former manager Arafat Abou‑Chaker. The dispute originates from a 2018 conflict in which the brother withdrew €180,000 from a joint company account and was subsequently terminated from his role as object manager. The court held that the termination was justified, citing alleged attempted process fraud, though the decision is not yet final. Neither Bushido nor the plaintiff appeared in person. The case is part of a broader series of legal battles between Bushido and Arafat Abou‑Chaker following their 2018 split.
