Bushido wins multi-million euro legal dispute and shares personal details

Rapper Bushido (Anis Mohamed Youssef Ferchichi) has secured a legal victory in a multi-million euro dispute regarding property in Kleinmachnow. The Landgericht Potsdam dismissed a lawsuit filed by Ahmed Abou-Chaker, the son of Arafat Abou-Chaker, concerning a villa estate. The ruling clarifies financial obligations on the property, which include approximately 2.13 million euros in debts and interest, with roughly 1.06 million euros owed to Bushido.

Separately, Bushido and his wife, Anna-Maria Ferchichi, have shared personal details regarding their past marital crisis. In their podcast, “Im Bett mit Anna-Maria und Anis Ferchichi,” the couple discussed the period in late 2025 when they were living apart. Bushido described a low point during his 47th birthday when he left their shared home and spent the night in his Ferrari before returning the following morning to be present for his children.
