Bushiroad to form Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond e-sports team
Bushiroad has announced the establishment of a new e-sports team for Cygames’ upcoming digital card game, Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond. The team is intended to compete in the Shadowverse Premier Series 27-28, which is scheduled to begin in August 2027.
In alignment with Cygames' goal to foster a more inclusive community, Bushiroad aims to launch a team composed entirely of female players. This initiative is also expected to coordinate with the physical card game Shadowverse EVOLVE, which is operated jointly by Cygames and Bushiroad.
Player recruitment for the 27-28 season is slated to begin on October 1. The selection process will include various categories, such as standard, VTuber, and female-specific auditions, leading to a draft meeting in June 2027.
