Bushiroad to launch new DX subsidiary in 2026

Bushiroad has announced plans to establish a new subsidiary, Bushiroad Mirai, in December 2026. The company aims to drive digital transformation (DX) and improve operational efficiency across the Bushiroad Group.

Bushiroad Mirai will focus on using AI to support routine processes that were previously handled by human staff. While the existing IT department will continue to manage core enterprise systems, the new subsidiary will be responsible for implementing and operating individual tools tailored to specific business challenges.

In the long term, the company intends to explore providing the expertise and tools developed through its internal operations to external clients. Bushiroad expects this initiative to reduce human error and the workload of routine tasks, allowing creators and field staff to focus more on creative and planning activities.
