As CEO and artistic director, Salgado is managing the brand identity, business model, and partnerships for the family-owned land following an invitation from her grandfather.

In Brazil, entrepreneurs in Várzea Grande are seeking credit to expand local businesses, such as fish markets and restaurants. The City Hall of Várzea Grande, in partnership with Desenvolve MT and Várzea Grande Shopping, provided training on financing options. Available credit lines range from R$ 15,000 to R$ 5 million to support both new and existing enterprises.
