Business expansions reported in Necochea and Trelew

In Necochea, businessman Oscar Merlo, through his firm A Toda Vela Mar S.A., has acquired the historic Teatro Auditórium for over 383 million pesos. The acquisition was finalized via a public auction held at the Necochea Municipality. This follows the company’s previous acquisition of the Complejo Casino de Necochea in June for approximately 4.878 billion pesos.

In Trelew, the local company Mazzocca & Cía has expanded its production capacity by relocating to the Trelew Industrial Park. Occupying a recovered facility from the former Sedamil site, the company specializes in manufacturing covered parking and pergolas. Owner Duilio Mazzocca noted that the move has already allowed for the incorporation of five new workers and provides the necessary infrastructure for custom manufacturing and regional growth.
