Business Innovation School 2026 to host M&A strategy seminar

The Business Innovation School 2026 will host its third session on October 8, 2026, at the SHIP Shinagawa Industrial Support Facility. The seminar focuses on growth and exit strategies through M&A and capital alliances, covering topics such as IPOs, M&A, and business sales.

Yuki Nakagawa, CEO of Cleadela Co., Ltd., will serve as the lecturer. Drawing from his experience working with numerous buyer companies and large-scale M&A transactions, Nakagawa will explain how businesses can select strategies that best suit their specific needs to reach the next stage of development.
