Business leaders meet in Trabzon and Samsun to discuss regional investment

In Trabzon, local government officials and the Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TTSO) held a consultation meeting to address the city’s economic development, investment potential, and employment opportunities. The meeting included Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Metin Genç, Governor Tahir Şahin, and several members of parliament. Discussions focused on strengthening commercial life and coordinating efforts between the public and private sectors to attract new investors.

In Samsun, a delegation from the CEO Platform, led by Chairman Haldun Pak, met with the Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO). The group, consisting of 18 businesspeople, discussed Samsun’s industrial and production infrastructure, export potential, and strategic logistics advantages. Samsun TSO Chairman Salih Zeki Murzioğlu highlighted the city’s 11 organized industrial zones and its capacity for growth in agriculture, manufacturing, and tourism as key drivers for regional development and new commercial partnerships.
