Business seminars held in Padova and Ravenna regarding management and legality

Two professional seminars were held in Italy focusing on business management and legal compliance.

In Padova, Confesercenti Veneto Centrale hosted a workshop titled ‘The value of people in business success: good practices from franchising and retail’. Part of the Padova Chamber of Commerce ‘Mentore Project’, the event addressed challenges in attracting and retaining talent, professional growth, and conflict management within the franchising and retail sectors. The workshop featured insights from industry professionals and representatives from Federfranchising and the Salone Franchising Milano.

In Ravenna, Federcoop Romagna, in collaboration with the University of Bologna, organized a seminar titled ‘Tools for safeguarding business value’. The session focused on legality and organizational structures to prevent illicit infiltration in businesses. Topics included entrepreneurial ethics, judicial and prefectural proceedings involving companies, and the implementation of integrated compliance cultures within the cooperative system.
