Business updates: O'Work expands in Cameroon and Havas Play appoints new leadership

Nadine Belinga is expanding O'Work, a consultancy firm in Cameroon, following her professional experience in communication, public relations, and marketing at BFC Group. Originally focused on cultural development and corporate social responsibility, the company is diversifying its services into five key areas: communication, operational marketing, commercial prospecting, public relations, and project support to meet the growing needs of the Cameroonian entrepreneurial landscape.

In France, Havas Play has appointed Johana Pallas to lead its Influence & PR division. Pallas, who has previously held roles at Publicis, McCann Paris, and Pierre Fabre, will manage a team of 17. Her role is to drive growth and strengthen the agency's social media expertise, which includes Influence & PR, Social Creation, Paid Social, and Gaming, serving major international clients.
