Businessman Mihai Alexandru Mitoșeriu dies at 37 in Botoșani

Mihai Alexandru Mitoșeriu, a prominent businessman in Botoșani, Romania, passed away at the age of 37. The incident occurred during the night of August 27–28, 2026, at a hotel in the city.

According to reports, Mitoșeriu suffered a heart attack. His wife alerted emergency services at 01:36 AM after discovering he was not breathing. Despite resuscitation efforts by medical teams at the scene and at the emergency department, he could not be saved.

Mitoșeriu was the administrator of Hotel Premier and the restaurant within Hotel Rapsodia. He is survived by his wife and two children.
