Bussolengo hosts week of inclusion initiatives

Bussolengo is hosting a week of initiatives under the program ‘La Grande Sfida’ to promote social inclusion and community participation for people with disabilities. The program involves collaboration between local schools, associations, and businesses.

A key component is the ‘Anch’io sono capace! Negozi senza barriere’ campaign, which runs until October 16. This initiative involves 43 people with disabilities participating in social and work-related experiences within 32 local commercial businesses and market stalls. Mayor Roberto Brizzi stated that inclusion is built through concrete opportunities and community collaboration to overcome cultural barriers.

Other scheduled activities include the ‘Di tutti i colori’ event at Piazza 26 Aprile, where local day centers will exhibit handmade goods, and various school engagements focused on the theme ‘Prendiamoci cura’.
