Busuttil and Peplow to face each other in Six Reds semi-final

Maltese snooker players Aaron Busuttil and Chris Peplow will face each other in the semi-finals of the Six Reds individual competition at the EBSA European Snooker Championship in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Both players secured their semi-final spots after winning all three of their knockout matches. Busuttil advanced by defeating Niel Vincent 4-0, Halim Hussain 4-1, and Simon Lichtenberg 4-1. Peplow progressed by defeating Christian Richter 4-1, Steve Crowley 4-2, and Toni Savonen 4-1.

An all-Maltese semi-final guarantees the nation a place in the Six Reds final. The Maltese contingent has already secured a total of five medals during this year's European Snooker Championship.
