Butcher Babies announce new album ‘Nightbloom’

American metal band Butcher Babies has announced their new album, ‘Nightbloom’, which is scheduled for release on October 2nd via Judge & Jury Records. The album was produced by Howard Benson, with co-production from Joe Rickard, Neil Sanderson, and guitarist Henry Flury.

According to vocalist Heidi Shepherd, the record explores themes of heartbreak, trauma, betrayal, and survival. The songwriting process was heavily influenced by Shepherd’s personal experiences in therapy, which led her to confront suppressed memories and emotions. She described the album as a way to turn negative experiences into something positive, stating, ‘This new album isn’t about the suffering, it’s about the survival.’

In conjunction with the announcement, the band has released a music video for the single ‘Blame It on the Wind’.
