Butterfly-inspired 'Blooming Gel' manicure dominates summer nail trends

A new summer nail trend known as the "butterfly manicure" has captured attention on social media and in salons. The technique uses a special Blooming Gel that lets colors expand gradually, creating soft, watercolor‑like gradients that mimic butterfly wings. Sofya Khasanova, co‑owner of Siberia Salon and founder of Premium Nata nail polish, explains that the gel allows each design to be unique, especially when combined with reflective bases and delicate line work.

At the same time, turquoise‑blue "Tiffany" nails linked to the Tiffany & Co brand remain a popular choice, particularly in Mexico. The shade is praised for its fresh, luxurious look that pairs well with jewelry and a range of outfit styles, from minimalist to bold. Both trends highlight the season’s emphasis on elegant, eye‑catching nail art.
